Parent Baby Yoga & Soundbath
(A Sanctuary of Connection, Calm & Co-regulation)
Tuesdays • 11:00 – 12:00 • Stanley Arts, South Norwood
A nurturing mid-morning space for parents and babies (from newborn up to 1 year) to pause, connect and recharge together. This is more than a class. It’s a weekly sanctuary where you can breathe, bond and be, supported by gentle movement, restorative sound and shared presence.
Join me, Sasha, founder of Starseed Offerings, for a beautifully layered session combining gentle parent-baby yoga, breathwork, soothing sound healing, and even a little group singing. Together, these practices support nervous-system regulation, deepen connection, and create a safe, sensory-rich environment for your baby’s development and your own emotional wellbeing.
💛 What to Expect:
• Gentle, restorative yoga for parents (no experience needed)
• Breathwork to support relaxation, grounding and postnatal recovery
• A nurturing soundbath with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and percussion
• A cosy, co-regulating space where babies are free to cry, feed, move or sleep
• Optional gentle group singing to foster joy, bonding and calm
✨ Why This Class:
This class is designed to hold both of you, your body, your nervous system, your emotions, while gently supporting your baby’s sensory development and emotional safety. As a Master Sound Healer, yoga teacher and experienced children’s facilitator, I attune to subtle cues and create a space that feels deeply held, responsive and free of judgment.

Specific Benefits for Babies
-
🌿 Relaxation: Gentle sounds, rhythmic breath and soft movement help soothe a baby’s nervous system, creating a sense of safety and calm.
-
💛 Emotional Regulation: Vibrational frequencies support babies in processing and settling their emotions, helping them feel more balanced and resilient to stress.
-
😴 Improved Sleep: The soothing tones of singing bowls, gongs, and soft voice work can support deeper, more restful sleep and healthier sleep patterns.
-
🙌 Bonding & Security: Shared experiences of calm — through sound, touch, movement and voice — strengthen the parent-baby connection and nurture a deeper sense of trust and attachment.
👶 Recommended Age Range: Newborn up to early walking (approx. 0–12 months).
Why? Younger babies are more likely to remain relaxed and content in one place, making it easier to fully receive the benefits of the session. Once babies become mobile, the environment may feel more stimulating — but if your little one is still settled by gentle sound and movement, you’re warmly welcome. Bring anything you need to help them feel cosy and at ease.
