Welcome! I’m Sasha Jacques, founder of Starseed Offerings and a dedicated facilitator of sound healing and holistic wellbeing practices for teams, communities, and organisations across the UK.

With over 20 years of experience as a professional performer, teacher and coach, and a lifelong passion for the healing arts, I specialise in creating transformative wellness experiences that support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and cultivate calm, connection and clarity, at work and beyond.

Whether you’re seeking a one-off restorative session or looking to embed wellbeing into your organisational culture, I offer sound-led services that are grounded, impactful and easy for all to access.

Rest - Regulate -Reconnect

This sessions offer your team a deeply nourishing reset, restoring balance to the nervous system and bringing calm to the workday. Each session blends crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, gentle percussion, and therapeutic vocal tones, drawing on my years of vocal and energetic training to create a rich, immersive soundscape.

YOUR 60 MINUTE SESSION

Welcome & calming breathwork ~ Immersive soundbath ~ Closing sharing circle

Crystal & Tibetan bowls, Feng wind gong, shamanic drum, chimes, percussion and vocals

Participants may sit or lie down ~ eye masks provided ~ mats & blankets available on request

PRICING: 1-Hour Session: £400 ~ Half Day (up to 3hrs): £1100 ~ Full Day (up to 6hrs): £1900

Group Size: Up to 25 participants

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: To help your team fully relax and receive the benefits of the session, I offer the hire of additional items: ~Yoga Mats – £90 (up to 25 mats) ~Blankets – £50 (up to 25 blankets)

TRAVEL & LOCATION: Travel costs are included for bookings across London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. For bookings in other areas of the UK, additional expenses will be discussed in advance.
