I am currently offering Parent & Baby Soundbaths at Royal Albert Hall, with new venues being added soon.

Previously, I have delivered restorative yoga, kundalini yoga, adult soundbaths, group reiki soundbaths, group singing workshops, movement meditation and ecstatic dances.

These offerings are available for venues and collaborations, should you wish to bring them to your communities. ​
Parent & Baby Soundbath
A soothing soundbath for parents and babies. Using singing, crystal bowls, gongs and other healing instruments, this session supports bonding, calm and co-regulation. A safe, sensory space for newborns, up to pre-crawling.
Movement Meditation & Ecstatic Dance
An uplifting journey of embodiment and expression. These sessions are your invitation to move freely, feel deeply, and reset through playful, powerful movement practices. Blending dance, meditation and somatic exploration.
Yoga & Breathwork
Sessions of restorative yoga, kundalini yoga and pranayama practices that release tension, quiet the mind and reset the nervous system. I include music and soundbath elements, along with these powerful ancient practices.
Joyful Group Singing
An uplifting workshop experience, where participants can drop into the present moment and come together, with the use of group singing, voice activation and co-created music. We will connect to our inner children through fun warm-ups and improvising and experimenting with vocal sounds. We will learn songs and rounds, add percussive instruments and finish with a soundscape.
