YOGA & BREATHWORK

As a trained Kundalini Yoga teacher, with years of experience leading wellbeing workshops and classes, I offer sessions designed to support inner peace, balance and deep connection.

 

Each offering is a supportive space to reconnect, reset, and realign. I teach breathwork (pranayama), kundalini yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for seniors, all combining movement, music and the breath.

I also offer soundbath experiences for parents and babies and adults.

Restorative Yoga Classes

A invitation to soften, slow down, and reconnect. These gentle sessions blend restorative yoga with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.

 

No experience needed, just bring your breath and willingness to receive.

 

Previously offered for Avery Healthcare, South Norwood Country Park and Stanley Arts. 

 Yoga & Soundbath in the Park

Last summer (2025), I ran a series of, council-approved, outdoor community wellness sessions on selected Sundays, in the peaceful green space of South Norwood Country Park. We moved gently through breath-led, kundalini-inspired yoga and then enjoyed a calming soundbath, under the open sky.

These sessions became a beautiful way to nurture our wellbeing together and build a heart-led community in South Norwood. They marked the very beginning of Starseed Offerings’ journey in the area, a grounding and inspiring first step that I will always hold with gratitude.

I hope to hold these sessions again in 2026 (keep an eye out!)​ All ages and levels of experience were welcomed, with tickets starting from £11 and free low-income spaces available each week.

Restorative Yoga & Soundbath

Join me, Sasha, founder of Starseed Offerings, for a deeply restful session that blends gentle restorative yoga with a closing crystal and gong soundbath. This workshop is designed to reset your nervous system, ground your energy, and reconnect you with your inner quiet.

 

This is a slow, supported practice. We’ll begin with restorative shapes to release tension and soothe the body. You’ll then be guided into stillness with a meditative soundscape of bowls, gongs, and chimes to soften the mind and ease you into deep rest.​ No yoga experience is needed.

Why Join Me: I am a Level 3 Master Sound Healer, qualified yoga teacher, and professional singer, with years of experience supporting people’s emotional wellbeing. Every session is held gently, intuitively, and with deep respect for where you are,  physically, mentally, and energetically.

This Practice Supports:

• Better sleep and reduced anxiety

• Gentle fascia unwinding and body repair

• A deeper connection to inner stillness and clarity

I am a certified 500-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher, trained at the renowned Kundalini Yoga Ashram and D'vine Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India. I am passionate about guiding others through the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga.
